Current Research
I’m fascinated by the molecular mechanisms enabling species diversification and ultimately adaptation. To investigate those, my work employs both long-read genome and RNA sequencing technologies using adult and embryonic tissues of different cichlid species spanning the entire Lake Tanganyika cichlid fish radiation.
